Hari works as an Agile Coach, Iteration Manager, Digital Transformation Manager, Program Manager, Product Manager, Executive Advisor, Digital Strategist and Delivery Principal. 

 

Believing that Agile is not a methodology but a mindset, Hari utilises the Agile way of thinking to achieve the transformation goals of the business. He is aware that every organisation is unique, and an approach that works well for one organisation might fail with the other.

Hari has led multiple teams at the same time, both onshore and offshore, and in complex environments in Germany, France, the Netherlands, Brazil, the United States and Australia. The experience he has gathered across the globe helps him bring different perspectives to EvoCraft clients.

 

He holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering and did executive studies at Macquarie Business School on Strategical Thinking.

Danelle is passionate about leadership development, nerds out on communication theory and trust models, and good luck prying her away from wild mountains and the great outdoors of New Zealand.

Her hands-on experience leading multi-million dollar organisational transformation programs and eclectic approach is prized by clients for finding pathways into truthful insight and self development that gets right to the core without sacrificing a playful, creative approach.

 

She loves nothing more than getting down and dirty in the trenches with clients and all the richness of complexity that goes along with big endeavours.

Little known facts about Danelle: She holds a degree in architecture, is a volunteer rural firefighter, does all her own work on her ‘83 V8 Ford Bronco and has been buddies with "Chief" - her colleague in developing and running her equine facilitated learning programs - for over 25 years.

Elise's extensive experience, which spans four continents, varies from hands-on product strategy for pre-revenue start-ups to advising large multinational conglomerates. In digital product development and transformation, she is often engaged by companies who are seeking to evolve the right organisational structures, culture and capabilities to enable rapid responsiveness to customer needs.

 

In her spare time you will find Elise hanging upside from her yoga trapeze, wading through rivers in a trail race, or swimming with her favourite pod of dolphins. 

Originally from the United States, Robin now resides in Australia where he helps companies around the world to adopt modern approaches to delivering great products and services.

 

Robin has over 30 years of management experience across industries such as real estate, finance, manufacturing, government, health, education, and digital commerce.

 

His personal passion for blockchain, smart contracts and NFT’s enables him to help organisations to innovate in this fast-evolving environment.
